- Stay four (4) nights or more, and the cleaning fee is waived. Otherwise, a $50.00 charge will be added for cleaning.
- Stay fifteen (15) nights or more, and the cleaning fee is waived. PLUS, receive a 10% discount! This offer is good only if the same original guests remain for the whole duration. No new guests may take over the condo.
Terms
1. Smoking is permitted only on the lanai. No pets allowed.
2. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out by 12:00 noon sharp.
3. At the time of booking, the following are required:
a.) A fully-refundable deposit of $100.00 to cover breakage or loss.
b.) Half the total accommodation charge.
4. Remaining balance is due 30 days before check in.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check in, to obtain a refund. Otherwise, no refund is available unless the unit is rebooked within the period.
